Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Telecalling Executive (Sales). The Telecalling Executive will handle daily interactions with potential and existing customers through outbound calls, informing them about services, resolving queries, and building positive relationships. Core responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining customer databases, capturing leads, and effectively communicating the value propositions of NoBrokerHood's solutions. The Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to follow up on inquiries and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or Lead Generation.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our app and its benefits.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, knowing regional language is a plus.
- Clearly explain app features, usage, and value propositions to customers.
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through effective communication.
- Follow up with interested customers and support them through the onboarding process.
