Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales process for Automotive and aftersales services.

(Location: Surat)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain vehicle features, offers, and finance options.
  • Follow up on inquiries from leads generated through marketing campaigns, website, and walk-ins.
  • Schedule appointments for test drives or showroom visits.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Provide information about service reminders, warranty renewals, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Build rapport with customers to enhance brand trust and retention.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (automotive preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
