- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to different personality types.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Patience and resilience when dealing with difficult customers.
- Good data entry and typing skills.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
