Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecalling Executive (Customer Support) - B2C. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing information about our services, and resolving customer issues effectively. They will maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are professional, courteous, and timely. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to address customer queries and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate call records
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer support roles is a plus
