Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and architects to understand their needs and preferences.
* Conduct weekly visits to clients and architectural partners to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding project updates, inquiries, and issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Assist in the development of customer engagement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
* Monitor client feedback and work proactively to resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
* Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and relationship status for management review.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
* Ability to travel locally for client visits (once a week).
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
