Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


• Administrative Support:

o Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

o Prepare and disseminate meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports.

o Maintain confidential files and records.


• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

o Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.

o Represent the department professionally in all interactions

.o Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, diplomacy, and tact.


•Project Support:

o Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned.

o Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other materials.

o Conduct research and compile data as needed.

o Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.


•Technical Skills:

o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

o Experience with calendaring systems (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
