Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Manager of BPO Operations. The Manager will oversee the daily operations of the BPO team, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. They will manage and lead a team, develop and implement operational strategies, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The Manager will also be responsible for client communication, handling escalations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in operational management, team leadership, and client communication
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in managing and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
