Location: Delhi NCR (Onsite DAIC & Yashobhoomi Projects)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: 42,000 to 60,000 per month

About the Role

Airconnect Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Project Manager with strong technical knowledge and customer service skills to lead onsite IT & AV projects at our customer locations (DAIC & Yashobhoomi).

This role blends project management, technical operations, and client support, where you will act as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. The candidate must be flexible to work extended hours or late nights during project delivery and should have prior experience managing multiple IT & AV projects with proven certifications or acknowledgments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management planning, execution, monitoring, troubleshooting, and closure

Act as the primary onsite SPOC for clients, venue teams, and vendors.

Coordinate across technical and customer support teams for smooth operations.

Provide hands-on technical oversight and real-time troubleshooting.

Ensure customer satisfaction by handling escalations and minimizing downtime.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Conduct post-event reviews, documentation, and closure reports.

Track and maintain IT/AV assets for optimal usage.

Be available onsite during events/projects (including late hours/night shifts) for live coordination.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

On-time, within-budget delivery.

High client satisfaction & repeat business.

Minimal downtime during projects/events.

Timely reporting & documentation.

Seamless stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred)

3 to 6 years of experience in project management, IT support, or AV event/project coordination.

Proven track record of handling multiple IT/AV projects (certificates/acknowledgments preferred).

Strong technical knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, printers, and AV equipment.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Flexible to work extended hours/late nights during project delivery.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and travel onsite

PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
