Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Sales to lead business development efforts with builders, contractors, and developers in the Coimbatore and Chennai regions. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the construction industry and proven experience in handling project-based sales of cables or electrical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the builder and construction segment.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle for infrastructure and real estate projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and technical support.
  • Track project pipelines from pre-tendering to execution stage and ensure conversion.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: years in project sales, preferably in cables, wires, or other electrical appliances.
  • Industry Exposure: Must have worked with or sold to builders, contractors, or developers.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; Engineering or MBA is a plus.
