Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager/ Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Project Manager/ Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in and tasks. The ideal candidate will have a sound background in project management and a deep understanding of agile methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met, risks are managed, and stakeholder expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives, progress, and issues, keeping a keen eye on milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and quality.
  • Manage changes to the project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Implement and monitor project performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Development and testing team for smooth delivery of the projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project coordinator/Associate project Manager/Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Kanban or waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication, persuasive and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Zoho sprints).
  • Ability to work under fast pace, pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
