Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery and financial management of our cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, handling customer communication, ensuring timely billing, and optimizing project costs within the approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management


• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects related to cloud solutions and IT service delivery.


• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.


• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.


• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, finance, and operations.

Cloud Billing & Cost Management


• Manage billing operations for cloud environments (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).


• Monitor and analyze monthly cloud usage, spending patterns, and cost trends.


• Validate invoices, ensure accurate customer billing, and resolve discrepancies.


• Work with finance teams to align billing cycles and cost recovery models.

Customer Handling


• Serve as a single point of contact for client communication and escalations.


• Conduct periodic project review meetings and prepare performance summaries.


• Understand customer requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.


• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

Cost Evaluation & Reporting


• Prepare cost-benefit analyses and financial projections for new initiatives.


• Evaluate project cost estimates, track budget utilization, and recommend adjustments.


• Support management in pricing, proposals, and change request evaluations.

Required Skills and Competencies


• Proven experience in project management, preferably in cloud or IT infrastructure projects.


• Strong understanding of cloud billing models and cost optimization (Oracle Cloud).


• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and project accounting.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


• PMP Cloud certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Educational Qualification


• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.


• MBA or equivalent qualification in Project Management or IT Management (preferred).
