Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage water supply and sewerage pipe laying projects across India from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate resources, timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Supervise site activities, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams for efficient project execution.
  • Liaise with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders for approvals, reporting, and compliance.
  • Develop project plans, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and budget targets.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Drive Pan-India coordination and maintain effective communication with local teams across multiple locations.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to resolve on-ground issues proactively.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of experience in water supply and sewerage pipe laying projects.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects across multiple locations in India.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and project coordination skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, risk management, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
