  • Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end construction of industrial and logistics park projects.
  • Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and execution plans using MS Project / MSP.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP consultants, and statutory authorities for approvals.
  • Supervise civil, structural, and MEP works at site to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution and progress tracking.
  • Conduct value engineering to optimize design, cost, and construction timelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and quality control norms.
  • Review and approve contractor bills, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout project phases.
