We are looking for a skilled and results-driven
Project Manager – Civil
with
5+ years of experience
to lead and manage civil construction projects across
infrastructure, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors
. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality standards, and safety compliance.

  • Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Handle projects related to
    infrastructure, commercial buildings, residential developments, and industrial facilities
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, cash flows, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contracts
  • Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, local authorities, and safety norms
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities
  • Conduct site meetings, progress reviews, and client presentations
  • Track project performance and prepare regular progress and MIS reports
  • Manage change orders, variations, claims, and dispute resolution
  • Ensure timely project handover and documentation completion
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
    in civil construction project management
  • Proven experience in
    infrastructure, commercial, residential, and industrial projects

  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in project management and engineering software (MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of contracts, cost control, and project execution

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Site-based and office-based role

  • Willingness to travel to project locations as required
