What You'll Do

  • Own project timelines for new product launches, campaigns, and operational initiatives.
  • Act as a key coordinator between Product, Sales, Marketing, and other core teams to align deliverables and keep everyone on the same page.
  • Use project management software—preferably Zoho Projects—end-to-end for planning, tracking, collaboration, and reporting.

  • Develop and update project plans, track milestones, flag bottlenecks, and escalate issues proactively.
  • Monitor and analyse data from multiple streams (production, sales, marketing) to inform decisions and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set priorities, allocate resources, and hit targets within tight deadlines.
  • Prepare regular status updates and project reports directly for the CEO and senior management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement in project execution.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in new product development.
  • Strong record of multi-team coordination—comfortable pushing for clarity and results across teams.
  • Proven experience with data analysis, project tracking, and timeline management (MS Project, Excel, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Meticulous with timelines, proactive with follow-ups, and relentless about keeping projects on track.
  • Adaptable, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
