  • Strong experience in Java technologies.
  • Candidate should have hands-on experience in Java/JSF based projects handling.
  • Take-up roles like Project Scheduling, estimations, Risk Planning, Resource allocation, Client interaction and tracking, Status reporting, implementation and delivery.
  • Follow software development methodologies like Waterfall, Prototyping, Agile using XP and SCRUM.
  • Determine costs, timeline, funding, resource requirements and business objectives.
  • Execute projects using Quality models like CMMi5 and ISO standards.
  • Have knowledge on different estimations techniques like FPA, Work Break Down, etc.
  • Should possess leadership quality and should be able to motivate the team.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in managing multiple large projects/programs involving onsite-offshore delivery model.
  • Pro-active communication and Risk mitigation is mandatory.
  • Experience in engineering and execution of multi discipline process plant projects ( ferrous, non-ferrous )with exposure of working with multinational stakeholders for large International Projects
  • Knowledge of overall Plant Process and Layout is desirable
  • Knowledge and exposure on latest Technological developments for any core Production Area which may consists of the following:
  • Understanding complete technical details of core production unit and its downstream facilities.
  • Knowledge of Basic Process, Layout, building configuration and inter disciplinary tie up requirement with utility & electrics.
  • Ability to prepare/review of Technical Specification for completeness
  • Concept of optimum packaging with battery limit demarcation along with establishment of base line cost estimate will be preferred
  • Overall skill for project management and project control.
  • Familiarity of latest tools for schedule, cost and quality control.
  • Interpretation of contractual condition and change management.
  • Implementation of Internal budget control for maintaining desired profitability
  • Experience of project commissioning and hand over protocol
  • Business acumen on P&L guidance margins, revenue streams.
  • Experience in cost monitoring, billing schedules, payment applications and revenue planning
  • Feasibility studies, techno commercial evaluation, option analysis and bankable reports
  • Managed projects from studies stage gates to definition stage gate and accountable for submission documents for business cases at stage gates.
