Role Overview: The Project Manager at CoRover will serve as the central orchestrator of AI-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to deployment. This role requires a strategic leader who can seamlessly align technical capabilities with business objectives, enabling CoRovers innovative solutions to address complex customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for AI-driven initiatives.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, designers, and QA engineers.

  • Ensure team alignment with project goals and deadlines.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

  • Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary to address challenges.

  • Process Optimization:

  • Implement best practices for Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Continuously improve project delivery processes.

  • AI/Tech Expertise:

  • Understand AI technologies, including NLP, ML, and Generative AI, to guide project decisions.

  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., NLP, machine learning, conversational AI).
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Certifications (preferred):
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master Certification
