Role Description -

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management methodologies, be proficient in Jira, and excel at managing people, tasks, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities-

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Manage task allocation and track progress using Jira and other project management tools.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and dependencies.

Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum framework experience preferred).

Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and provide regular status updates.

Drive team accountability and ensure high-quality deliverables within scope, time, and budget.

Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team. Role & responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (PMP or Agile certification is a plus).

Proven experience as a Project Manager (11.5 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of Jira and other project/task management tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage people, tasks, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
