Role Overview

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering customer and internal projects related to warehouse design, racking/shelving installations, safety/optimization assessments, and vendor/partner collaboration.

This is a remote position supporting U.S.-based operations, requiring strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to align with RCMHs customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery (kickoff, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based leadership, sales, and operations teams during PST working hours.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track budgets, costs, and resource allocation; escalate risks and issues proactively.
  • Manage vendor/installer relationships and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards in project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in materials handling, construction, logistics, or related industries).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, MS Project, Trello, or similar).
  • Ability to work night shifts or late shifts aligned to PST (U.S. business hours).
  • Experience with offshore vendor management and cross-cultural collaboration is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other PM certifications are desirable but not required.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with warehouse racking, shelving, automation, or material handling equipment.
  • Background in coordinating installation crews, safety inspections, or warehouse optimization projects.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients from offshore roles.
