JOB ROLE SHEET: Project Manager

Purpose of the Role- To be responsible for successful operations of the Project across all BP Batches/Colleges, Revenue Generation, Operations Management & Training Quality with all defined targets

Key Deliverables

Drives profitability and operational activities for the Project

Responsible for overall financial performance and quality standards of the Project

Responsible to meet the operational & financial targets of the Project

Responsible for people management

Responsible for the recruitment & training of the Project team

Overall support to Project team (Internal/external) from HO

Coordination for Reports ,MIS and Documentation

Job Responsibility

Take full and sole accountability for the Project P&L and establish and operate the planned delivery channel Business Partner

  • Oversee daily operations and Project activities through assigned staff; prioritize and delegate work activities.
  • Prepare the monthly/ quarterly Mobilisation training Placement plan with BP and executing the plan to ensure revenue viability and institutional feasibility.
  • Drive high quality of training delivery at BP batches with TEMs (Training Excellence Manager)
  • Ensure the pre and post assessment process with BP for the aspirants to provide the right job to the candidate.
  • Own Project-level decision-making of all people issues, financial decisions, resources and other matters
  • Plan the Human Resources in the Project and with BP in order to achieve optimum utilization and productivity
  • Handle disputes if any within team and BP resolve them to the satisfaction of the organization and other stakeholders
  • Manage good relationship with BP and their associates
  • Ensure all reports and documentations are completed in time
  • Ensure all MIS is up to date with current status
  • Ensure all BP invoices and rai understanding of the training content and common questions from the learners
