Specialist - Employer Branding & Social Media

What you will do:

You'll be the voice and vibe of our employer brand - both online and offline. From creating magnetic social content that Gen Z can't scroll past to crafting powerful leadership messages and ghost-writing thought leadership articles, you'll shape how we show up as an employer of choice.

Social Media & Digital Storytelling

  • Own and grow our employer brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels.
  • Create content that cuts through - from Instagram Reels to LinkedIn carousels to storytelling threads.
  • Track trends, meme-worthy moments, and creator culture to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • Be the digital eyes and ears of our brand across platforms like Glassdoor, Ambition Box, and Indeed.
  • Respond with empathy and consistency, turning feedback into insights and action.
  • Collaborate with TA and HR to improve candidate and employee sentiment across touchpoints.

External Events & PR

  • Amplify our brand through on-ground and virtual presence at industry events, DEI summits, and campus initiatives.
  • Own award submissions, storytelling, and media outreach in partnership with internal teams.
  • Host external events with senior talent to showcase our culture, thought leadership, and EVP — from industry panels and fireside chats to networking sessions

Employee Advocacy

  • Build advocacy from the inside out — activate employee voices through UGC campaigns, spotlight stories, and internal activations.
  • Collaborate with People teams to bring EVP moments to life across the employee journey.

Internal Communications & Leadership Visibility

  • Craft compelling leadership communication — from all-hands scripts to strategy notes and change comms.
  • Ghost write for senior leaders to reflect authentic tone and thought leadership.
  • Drive internal storytelling that informs, aligns, and inspires.

Recruitment Marketing

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to build magnetic campaigns for roles, functions, and early talent programs.
  • Translate EVP into job-level messaging, campaign assets, and targeted content.
  • Support hiring spikes, diversity campaigns, and hard-to-fill roles with smart, data-backed storytelling.

Leveraging GenAI & Data for Impact

  • Use Generative AI tools to scale creative content - from social copy and visuals to newsletters and videos.
  • Analyze campaign data, sentiment, and engagement to sharpen content and channel strategy.

Who you are:

  • 4–7 years of experience across employer branding, communications, digital marketing, or PR.
  • A creative mind with a maker's instinct - you love creating, testing, iterating, and learning.
  • Excellent writing skills - from snappy headlines to thoughtful longform.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Gen Z preferences, digital trends, and emerging formats.
  • Experience working with tools like Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, Sprout/Sprinklr, or equivalent.
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay cool under pressure.
