Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training & Development professional located in Gurugram. The Training & Development professional will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, developing curriculum, conducting training sessions, and providing instructional design support. These tasks involve working closely with various departments to ensure employee growth and development, and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, partners, and new joiners.
  • Record training videos, product demonstrations, and operational procedure videos as per company guidelines.
  • Ensure training content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Travel to branch locations and client sites for delivering on-site training programs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the precious metals industry is a plus
