Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Lead based in Pune. The Customer Success Lead will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing top-notch customer support, conducting analytical assessments, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks will include developing strategies to enhance customer service, analyzing customer data to improve service delivery, and managing customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve service delivery
- Experience in Customer Support and Communication
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pune
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
