Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Customer Success Engineer. The Customer Success Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer support. The day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving technical problems, ensuring network security, and contributing to cybersecurity efforts. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Customer Support experience
  • Knowledge of Network Security and Cybersecurity protocols
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
