Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, demonstrating the value of our products, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role requires collaboration with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, client engagement, and market research
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and proficient in presenting product values
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Experience in setting and achieving sales targets
- Team collaboration and the ability to work with other departments
- Knowledge of sales and marketing software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and local market in Pune is an advantage
