Role Overview
We're looking for dynamic, driven women professionals to lead regional sales and business development efforts in Gurgaon, Pune, and Ahmedabad. You'll be the face of OneStack in your territory—building relationships, driving adoption, and helping cooperative institutions embrace digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard cooperative banks and credit societies in your region
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Present OneStack's product offerings with clarity and impact
- Drive regional growth targets through strategic outreach and partnerships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine outreach strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
- Travel across your region (7–10 days/month) to meet clients and conduct demos
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Strong understanding of regional banking ecosystems (cooperative banks, NBFCs, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in the local language of your region is mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory
- Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for fintech innovation
