About the Role:

  • We are looking for a warm, proactive, and customer-focused Guest Relation Manager to represent our fine-dine café and restaurant & bar as the face of our establishment. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong hospitality experience, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet all guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
  • Manage guest reservations, table allocations, and seating arrangements.
  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the operations, service, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and events to guide guests effectively.
  • Supervise and train front-of-house team members on guest service standards.
  • Monitor ambiance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the café/bar area.
  • Prepare daily guest reports and update management on guest preferences, VIPs, and special requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in guest relations/front office/restaurant management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance with a friendly personality.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation management systems.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
