Job Description for Inbound Sales Associate : Job Responsibilities - Take inbound calls and chats to understand customer's requirements / needs.Engage with leads over chat/calls/video calls and recommend them the products as per their needs.Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM, ensure timely follow ups to drive sales & customer satisfaction.Cross selling relevant products to the customers in a way to increase the order value.Help customers with video trials and store trials at the experience store.Coordinating with the support and operations team and deliver great after sales experience.
