Inbound Sales Executive

Key responsibilities: 1. Take inbound calls and chats to understand customers' requirements/needs 2. Connect with customers and offer them relevant solutions 3. Work on ensuring customer satisfaction at all times 4. Work on doing follow -ups with customers 5. Work on cross -selling relevant products to the customers in a way to increase the order value 6. Work on engaging the leads to drive up the sales 7. Work on handling end -to -end queries of the customer 8. Work on creating and maintaining the client's database for future follow -ups 9. Work on coordinating with the support and operations team 10. Ensure customers' needs are met 11. Understand customers' requirements/needs and help them accordinglyRequirementsGood communication .
