Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Account Manager - Field located in Mumbai. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also work closely with internal teams to execute and deliver IT solutions and services tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management and client relationship management with 4 Years Industry experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise computing, storage solutions, and networking.
  • Ability to understand and promote application modernization and enterprise mobility solutions.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including security and business intelligence.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
