  • Monitor vendor performance and delivery timelines to ensure alignment with project schedules and operational demands.

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier databases using ERP systems.

  • Assist with regulatory compliance and documentation required for audits and inspections (e.g., environmental, energy regulation, ISO standards).

  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives, contract optimization, and procurement process improvements.

  • Ensure materials and services are procured in line with sustainability and corporate responsibility standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific procurement practices (e.g., EPC contracts, long-lead items, CAPEX and OPEX budgeting).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
