Job Overview

The Procurement Executive position at Procucev is a junior-level role primarily based in Bangalore. We are seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our full-time team. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, manage contracts, and ensure the seamless execution of procurement activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in supplier relationship management to build and maintain strong partnerships (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability to execute contract negotiations effectively, ensuring optimal terms and conditions (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline expenditures.
  • Competency in category management to strategize procurement and maximize efficiency.
  • Capable of conducting supplier performance evaluations to ensure service quality and reliability.
  • Strategic skills in designing and implementing cost reduction strategies to optimize procurement budgets.
  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms for efficient process automation.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and procurement optimization.

  • Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
  • Implement cost reduction strategies that contribute to significant procurement savings.
  • Utilize SAP Ariba for procurement processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure procurement practices align with company goals and objectives.
