Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive with experience in the facility management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role also involves regular coordination with clients and internal stakeholders to meet operational and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process for facility management services, materials, consumables, and equipment.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and service providers to ensure best pricing and quality.
  • Prepare and issue RFQs, purchase orders, and work orders in line with company policies.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and track procurement budgets, ensuring cost control and timely procurement cycles.
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to forecast material and service requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their procurement and service delivery expectations are met.
  • Support the contract management process renewals, amendments, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, statutory compliance, and documentation standards.
  • Prepare and present periodic MIS reports on procurement status, cost savings, and vendor performance.
