Job Summary

Responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant outlet, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient staff management, cost control, and adherence to four-star hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Plan and implement service standards and SOPs.
  • Prepare staff schedules, conduct training, and monitor staff performance.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless F&B operations.
  • Monitor sales, control costs, manage inventory, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Implement promotions, special events, and marketing activities to boost sales.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain restaurant ambience, cleanliness, and upkeep of equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • 4–6 years' experience in F&B service, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety.
  • Guest-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling pressure.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
