Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting tenders. Daily tasks include researching and analyzing tender documents, preparing tender submissions, coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The role also involves maintaining records of submitted tenders and monitoring the progress of tender evaluations.

  • Experience in Preparing Tender Submissions and Compliance Management
  • Proficiency in Coordination and Communication with Internal Departments
  • Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the placement or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
