Tower Design & Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing, estimating, planning, and executing transmission line and telecom tower projects with a strong focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in design engineering, estimation, tendering, and planning within the OHTL (Overhead Transmission Lines) and Substation domains.

  • Prepare design calculations, structural analysis, and detailed tower drawings in compliance with IS/IEC/International standards.
  • Develop BOQ, BOM, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical & commercial proposals.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master's in Engineering preferred).
  • 05–12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MS Tower) and ERP tools (SAP/JDE).
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing design calculations, structural analysis, and detailed tower drawings.
  • Developing BOQ, BOM, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Evaluating client specifications, tender documents, and providing technical & commercial proposals.
