Job Opportunity: Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our operations stack. This is a key position that involves designing and implementing automated systems to drive business outcomes.

  • Develop automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Create lightweight web applications for data uploads and quick actions.
  • Design owner dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
  • Ship new features on a regular basis and demonstrate progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong programming skills with experience in async-first development.
  • A strong understanding of computer engineering principles or equivalent self-taught skills.
  • Proficiency in Git and command line interfaces.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or Python programming languages.
Nice-to-Haves

The following skills would be advantageous:

  • Prompt engineering expertise with tool use and evaluations.
  • Experience with Google Cloud, Gemini API/CLI, Codex/Code-LLM CLI, or similar Large Language Model (LLM) CLIs.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Sheets/Apps Script, Next.js/React, Supabase/Firebase.
