Job Title: Tender Executive
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing GeM Portal, including creating categories, uploading products, and tendering. They will also handle E-Tendering and respond to Requests for Proposal/Quotation (RFP/RFQ).

Key Responsibilities:

  • GeM Portal Management:
    • Manage GeM Portal, including creating categories, uploading products, and tendering.
    • Handle E-Tendering and respond to Requests for Proposal/Quotation (RFP/RFQ).
    • Submit documents on various portals, including GeM, Central Public Procurement (CPP), Ministry of Ports (MP), Defence, and State Government.
  • Tender Preparation & Submission:
    • Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, fixed deposit receipts (FDRs), and demand drafts (DDs) as per tender requirements.
    • Clarify bid conditions and ensure alignment with company requirements.
    • Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings.
  • Vendor Registration & Coordination:
    • Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
    • Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Prepare drawings using Coral Draw/Photoshop.
    • Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks, including salary/attendance registers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication in English and Hindi.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Experience liaising with government bodies is a plus.
