Electrical Procurement Specialist

The Electrical Procurement Specialist plays a crucial role in sourcing electrical products from reputable vendors. This position demands strong procurement skills, negotiation tactics, and technical knowledge of electrical materials.
- Source high-quality electrical products (cables, switchgears, panels) from trusted vendors
- Prepare comprehensive price comparison sheets and negotiate for optimal pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules
- Review and interpret SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of electrical items
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve dispatches, tracking issues, and delays or discrepancies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3-4 years of procurement experience in an electrical trading company
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and communication tools
Skills & Attributes:
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

- Timeliness of deliveries against PO timelines
