Food Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic procurement specialist to source fresh ingredients for our salads.
About Our Requirements:
- Source and manage fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and pantry items from local mandis, including Azadpur Mandi and others across NCR.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and supply chain alignment with our food philosophy.
- Ensure consistent quality and food safety standards across all procurement activities.
- Onboard, evaluate, and manage new suppliers to reduce risk and increase options for key ingredients.
- Support menu innovations with timely procurement of new ingredients.
- Maintain accurate records, pricing, and inventory data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and brand teams to ensure smooth daily operations and track procurement metrics (COGS, substitutions, wastage, etc.) for regular reporting.
