Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist who will oversee the procurement of electrical items, ensuring timely delivery and effective management of vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and technical understanding of electrical materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for electrical products (cables, switchgears, panels, etc.).
  • Manage RFQs, prepare price comparison sheets, and negotiate for optimal pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Review and interpret SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to ensure purchases align with project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records (quotations, POs, payments, approvals).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2–3 years of procurement experience in an electrical trading company.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
