Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Hotel Property Sales Manager to manage sales and business development for our hotel property in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and manage corporate and travel partner accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell hotel rooms, long-stay packages, and property-related services in Bangalore
- Generate leads from corporate clients, travel agencies, and walk-in guests
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with local businesses and corporates in Bangalore
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings at Bangalore
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate rates and close deals efficiently
- Collaborate with operations and front office teams to ensure smooth client experience
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports
- Monitor local market trends and competitor pricing in Bangalore
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or property sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Bangalore corporate market and business hubs
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in hotel, serviced apartments, or commercial property sales
- Familiarity with Bangalore's corporate clients, travel agencies, and local market
- Immediate joiner preferred
