Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Desktop Support professional, located in Gurugram. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers, addressing user issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and offering printer support. Additional responsibilities include performing computer repairs, ensuring smooth system operations, and supporting overall IT infrastructure needs within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
  • Hands-on experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Printer Support and resolving printer-related issues
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and provide excellent customer service
  • A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are a plus
  • Prior experience in technical support roles is preferred
