Job Summary:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with product-related
inquiries. You will handle both inbound and outbound communication to ensure our customers
receive timely, accurate, and helpful support. This is a great opportunity for someone with
excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Resolve product-related issues by providing clear, step-by-step guidance.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the support provided.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and product development, to escalate complex issues and provide customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, new features, and company policies.
- Identify and report trends in customer inquiries and issues to help improve our products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role with 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience and a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
Required Language Proficiency:
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hindi: Fluent in both verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in at least five other Indian languages (e.g., Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada,
