Job Summary:

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with product-related

inquiries. You will handle both inbound and outbound communication to ensure our customers

receive timely, accurate, and helpful support. This is a great opportunity for someone with

excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Resolve product-related issues by providing clear, step-by-step guidance.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the support provided.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and product development, to escalate complex issues and provide customer feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, new features, and company policies.
  • Identify and report trends in customer inquiries and issues to help improve our products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role with 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patience and a positive, empathetic attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.

Required Language Proficiency:

  • English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hindi: Fluent in both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in at least five other Indian languages (e.g., Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada,
