Business Development Executive – Spark AcademyLocation: Telangana & Andhra Pradesh (Travel required)

  1. Responsibilities:College Outreach & Student Acquisition
  • Visit colleges, junior colleges, and coaching centers to promote Spark Academy courses.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and student interaction sessions to generate leads.
  1. Promotional Activities
  • Distribute flyers, posters, and other marketing material near colleges and student hubs.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns and events.
  1. Tie-ups & Partnerships
  • Travel to tier-2 cities and towns to build partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes.
  • Develop strong relationships with principals, faculty, and student coordinators.
  1. Sales & Targets
  • Convert leads into admissions by explaining course benefits and offers.
  • Meet daily/weekly admission and outreach targets.
  1. Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain records of college visits, tie-ups, and leads generated.
  • Share regular updates with the central team.
  • Requirements:Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Telugu/Hindi/English preferred).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
  • Freshers welcome; experience in sales/field marketing is a plus.
