Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for the Vice President of Human Resources - APAC. Responsibilities include overseeing all HR functions in the APAC region, developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, managing employee relations and benefits, and ensuring compliance with local and global HR regulations. The role involves leveraging Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to improve processes and support strategic decision-making, as well as fostering a positive workplace culture and driving alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing HR Policies and frameworks, ensuring compliance with regional regulations
  • Proven ability to manage Employee Relations and Employee Benefits effectively within diverse and complex environments
  • Expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to optimize HR practices and decision-making
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and global HR practices
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills with the ability to foster a positive workplace culture
  • MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in dynamic and multicultural environments across the APAC region is highly desirable
