Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Vice President of Human Resources. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals. The VP of HR will oversee HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, benefits, and human resources information systems (HRIS). The candidate will lead recruitment efforts, develop workplace policies, design employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role will also involve fostering a collaborative workplace culture to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR), including strategic HR leadership and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with HR Policies and regulatory compliance to ensure organizational adherence to labor laws.
  • In-depth experience in Employee Relations and Employee Benefits programs to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related HR technologies to streamline HR processes.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage and guide a diverse workforce.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels while delivering measurable outcomes to support organizational growth.
