Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Production Business Development Executive responsible for identifying and
generating production leads across various platforms and converting them into tangible opportunities. This role
demands a go-getter mindset, deep networking skills, and a keen understanding of the production and content
ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients for TVCs, digital ads, branded content, and
corporate videos
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across agencies, brands, startups, and production partners
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, strategy) to craft compelling pitch presentations
• Drive business growth through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals
• Track, manage, and report leads via CRM tools or reporting dashboards
• Stay up to date with trends in advertising, content marketing, and production technology
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in advertising, video production, or creative agency BD (preferred)
• Familiarity with pitch building, budgeting, and proposal creation
• Confident, outgoing, and target-driven
