Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as Data Engineers, Developers, and Technical Project Managers.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels and candidates.
- Handle offer management, negotiations, and pre-onboarding communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Address employee queries and provide support on HR processes.
- Liaise with the central HR team to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations to ensure seamless functioning at the location.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in technical hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
