Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as Data Engineers, Developers, and Technical Project Managers.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels and candidates.
  • Handle offer management, negotiations, and pre-onboarding communication.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Address employee queries and provide support on HR processes.
  • Liaise with the central HR team to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations to ensure seamless functioning at the location.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in technical hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
