JOB TITLE: HR Digital Associate - Talent Acquisition
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post-Job Applications
- Schedule interviews
- Prepare Offers on Taleo as well as manual offers as and when required
- Organize candidates data (e.g. resumes, onboarding forms and contact details) in internal databases
- Ensure the candidate's experience is excellent
- Document collection
- Ensure accurate data is available on Taleo before creating the employee record
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
- Assist with new hire onboarding
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
- Able to manage their individual contribution to critical path projects and effectively collaborate as needed with other employees or functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Need to be comfortable dealing with colleagues at all levels of the company.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and a positive customer service orientation
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience with Bachelor's-level university degree, preferably in a business or HR/finance-related discipline.
- Experience with recruitment coordination
- Excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
- Experience in Taleo is preferable
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding organizational skills, while maintaining flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- With strong customer relations skills and work in a large team environment with a high sense of urgency.
